Checks carried out on Landlord's Gas Safety Certificate:
Tightness testing of installation pipe work from gas meter.
Tightness testing of gas appliances.
Checking of carbon monoxide, used with flue analyser on any gas appliances in property.
Correct gas pressures on any gas appliances in property.
Checking of flue terminals to ensure unobstructed and internal flue components are sealed properly on any gas boilers in property.
Checking of Appliance safety devices
Certificate will be issued on completion of work.
Additional Charge on Fires and Back Boiler Units.

If you’re a landlord, gas safety is a high priority. All landlords have a legal duty under the Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations 1998 to maintain all appliances and flues that have been provided for their tenants and to have them checked once a year.
